The Institute of electrical engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences of Shangyuan high and new technology R&D Center

The cooperation of the R&D center with Institute of electrical engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was set up in 2008. It is the only one of national high and new technology R&D center established in national electric power fittings and high and low voltage electrical industry by Institute of electrical engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The aim is to develop electric power fittings, cable accessories and high and low voltage electrical new technologies and environment energy-saving technologies and the industrialization based on the cooperation of ‘Institute-local-enterprise’, and then to commit to national and local scientific research and development projects, which based in Zhejiang serving the whole country.
The research and development center has created successfully 110kv plug-in type cable terminal and intermediate joint, and substation intelligent monitoring system based on 3G wireless network, which filled the gaps in the domestic market in 2009. We will try our best to make the R&D center be the national influential new electric technology research institutions.
